Inclusive Dance
Popdance Active & Able / Inclusive Para Dance focuses on those that need a little extra support and may otherwise be excluded. Our classes can be tailored to suit all needs.
It's a fun, recreational activity ranging from street to folk dance, giving everyone the chance to dance as regular dancing is great for losing weight, maintaining healthy bones, improving posture and muscle strength, increasing balance and co-ordination and beating stress. One of the best things about dancing is that while you’re having fun moving to music and meeting new people, you’re getting all the health benefits of a good workout.
